How can I contact you?

If you have forgotten you password then please click here and enter the email address that you registered with. We will then send you all the details required to reset your password.

How do I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order you should contact us immediately. If you contact us before 4pm on the day that you place your order then we can happily give you a refund and cancel your order. If you contact us after 4pm then it is likely that your order will have been dispatched. If this is the case then you have 7 days to return the goods once they arrive. Goods can only be returned provided that they are completely unopened, unused with the product packaging in saleable condition. For more information please read our Returns Policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including VISA, VISA Debit, Maestro, SOLO and Mastercard.

Is my card and personal information secure?

Yes, all your information is 100% secure. We don't handle any of your card details as they are securely handled by Sage Pay. Your personal details are collected from a secure server and stored in a secure database.

What is Sage Pay?

We use Sage Pay to handle all your credit and debit card transactions to maintain the highest levels of security for our customers. Sage Pay have achieved the highest levels of Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI) and adhere to the strictest levels of fraud screening to ensure that your details remain secure for the entire transaction process.

Can I create a business account?

Sorry but we do not offer business accounts. If you are a business without access to a card then please send us a cheque with a letter detailing what you would like, who you are and where you would like your products delivered to.

Can I pay over the phone?

Yes, simply call our Sales team on 0844 980 0772 and they will take you through the order process and take payment from you over the phone.

Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

Orders received by us before 4pm for items that we have in stock and that have been requested for next day delivery will be dispatched on the same day.

Do you ship to the Scottish Highlands, Ireland/Eire, Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands?

Please contact us before placing such an order for details and delivery costs and note we cannot offer next day service to any part of Ireland/Eire. Some Highland and Island postcodes may have a delivery surcharge or may be subject to a longer delivery time. This will be advised before we ship with an option to cancel or you can ring before submitting your details on the site.

Do you ship to Mainland Europe?

Sorry no, we only ship to the UK and Ireland/Eire.

Returns

What is your policy on returning goods?

We hope that you are pleased with your purchase from us; however we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return goods to us. Please note no items should be returned to us for any reason without first contacting us. Click here to read our full Returns Policy.

How do I return a product?

Before returning a product you must email our Customer Services department on sales@iclick.co.uk. Please include your order number in subject of the email and an explanation of why you want to return the product.

I have received the wrong product, what should I do?

If you have a queries on what has been delivered please contact us as soon as possible giving your details together with the number of parcels received and what item is missing or incorrect. We will check it out immediately with our despatch team and/or couriers so we can rectify the problem.

Products

What does OEM stand for?

OEM stands for "Original Equipment Manufacturer" which means the products are produced by the manufacturer of the machine itself. We stock OEM products made by HP, Epson, Brother, Canon and many other household names.

What is a remanufactured cartridge?

Remanufactured cartridges (sometimes known as "Refilled") are recycled cartridges that have been cleaned, refilled and rigorously tested to ensure that they work as well as when they where first produced. We partner exclusively with Perfect Green for their high quality remanufactured products. Perfect Green is the only supplier that we believe provides a product that offers the correct balance between quality and value.

Why do you only offer original (OEM) cartridges for inkjet printers?

This is because from our extensive experience, we have found that none of the remanufactured or compatible products on the market can provide the quality that we expect. At iClickInk we will never offer you a product that we are not 100% happy with.

But you offer remanufactured toner for laser printers?

This is true and we partner exclusively with Perfect Green for their high quality remanufactured products. Perfect Green is the only supplier that we believe provides a product that offers the correct balance between quality and value. All Perfect Green products are strictly tested and come with a 100% guarantee. It is a brand that we are very confident in; we wouldn't sell it if we weren't.

Do your products come with a guarantee?

We guarantee the products we supply for 12 months against manufacturers faults. If you believe your item to be faulty please contact us on 0844 980 0772. There are some manufacturers who wish to deal with you directly which can make the returns/replacement process much easier & quicker for you so we will advise you of how to proceed if this applies.

How many pages will my Cartridge print?

There is no correct answer to this question. The answer changes by machine, printing type and the size of your cartridge. However, if the cartridge manufacturer has given an approximate page yield this will be displayed on the product page.

I can't find my printer and/or product on your website.

From time to time there may be products that we don't have listed on the website. If this is the case try searching for the cartridge no. in the search box. If you still can't find the printer or cartridge please contact us on sales@iclick.co.uk and we will get a price and availability for you.

Troubleshooting

How do I install my new cartridge?

To install your cartridge please refer to the documentation that came with your printer or contact the support department of your manufacturer.

My printer doesn't recognise my new cartridge, what should I do?

Firstly you should double check that the cartridge is compatible with your printer, to do this find your cartridge by searching our website and then check that your printer is listed on the "Compatible Printers". If it is listed then double check that the cartridge is fully inserted into the printer, on most printers you can hear a "click" once the cartridge is inserted. If your printer still doesn't recognise the cartridge then try turning it off and back on again after a few minutes.
